KazTransCom JSC hereby notifies you that you need to have a security certificate installed, in accordance with the requirements of subparagraph 4) of paragraph 3-1 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On communication" No. 567 dated July 5, 2004, stipulating the obligation of communications service providers to carry out traffic transmission using protocols supporting security certificate-based encryption, except for traffic encrypted by means of cryptographic information protection, within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
